Amy Rouse Appointed to Jackson EMC Executive Vice President of Corporate Services
Amy Rouse, Jackson EMC Executive Vice President of Corporate Services, has been appointed to a new role. She will continue to lead Jackson EMC’s Finance, Accounting and Risk Management area but will now assume new responsibilities in Strategic Planning and Analytics. In addition, Rouse will now oversee the area of Human Resources and Employee Development which will continue to be led by Keith Johnson, Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Development.
Led by Amy Rouse, Corporate Services will be organized around three functions to respond to changes in the business and prepare Jackson EMC for the future.

“Amy’s guidance in the role of Executive Vice President of Corporate Services for our cooperative will continue to push Jackson EMC forward as a leader in our industry,” said Chip Jakins, President and CEO of Jackson EMC.
Rouse is a Certified Public Accountant with the Georgia Board of Accountancy and has more than 20 years of co-op experience having most recently served as the Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Risk Management. She currently serves on the board of Go Energy Financial. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s, a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), a member of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
