Avocado Hummus

"This is a wonderful alternative to typical hummus. This delightful dip is bean free for all of those Keto dieters." - Victoria Simpson, Lawrenceville 

Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados

½ cup almonds

⅟₃ cup tahini

⅟₃ cup lemon juice

6 garlic cloves (or 2 tbsp. garlic juice)

1 tsp ground cumin

½ cup avocado (or olive) oil

1 tsp Himalayan salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until creamy.

Add more oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin or salt to

taste. Garnish with avocado, olive oil or cumin.
