Baked Seafood with Dill Mayonnaise

Try this quick and easy seafood supper.

 

  • 4 white fish fillets, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 1/2 lb. small shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large shallow baking dish and arrange fish in a single layer. Top with shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
