Blue Cheese and Grape Coleslaw
"A great summer recipe, perfect for barbeques!" Recipe from Jana B. Slocum, Hoschton, GA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (14-ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 3/4 cup green seedless grapes, quartered
- 3/4 cup red seedless grapes, quartered
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup coleslaw dressing
DIRECTIONS: Combine first seven ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
