1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. country sausage
2 cups shredded cheese
3 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
Brown sausage in skillet; drain fat; set aside. Beat eggs and milk together. Spray 9x11 casserole dish with cooking spray. Unfold crescent rolls and gently pull apart; place in bottom of dish to form a crust. Sprinkle drained sausage on top of crescent roll crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of sausage. Pour egg mixture on top. Top casserole with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees until done (about 30 minutes). Let stand about 30 minutes before serving. Cut in squares and serve.
