1 cup extra fine sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

2 cups plain flour

2 1/2 cups oatmeal, ground into flour

8 oz. dried cranberries

1 1/2 cups nuts of choice, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Oatmeal can be ground into flour by pulsing oats in a food processor.
