Chocolate Berry Parfaits
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 cup thawed whipped topping, divided
- 32 NILLA® Wafers, divided
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries)
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon half of the berries evenly into 8 parfait glasses. Reserve 8 of the wafers for later use. Stand 3 of the remaining wafers around inside edge of each glass. Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly over berries in glasses. Repeat layers of berries and pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with the remaining whipped topping and reserved wafers just before serving. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
