Cinnamon Pecan Rolls
- 1 loaf frozen dough, thawed
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup broken pecans
- Cinnamon
Let dough rise until doubled in size. Grease pan with one tablespoon melted butter. Melt two tablespoons butter and add 1/4 cup brown sugar, water and corn syrup. Stir and pour into pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Roll out dough to 16 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush with one tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Roll up from long side and cut into 15 to 16 pieces. Place them in 10 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan, cut side down. Cover and let rise again until until doubled in size. Bake in 350ËšF degree oven for 30 minutes.
When done, butter top, loosen rolls and immediately invert onto cooling rack lined with wax paper.
