Cookbook Available at Jackson EMC’s Local Offices

Jackson EMC’s vintage cookbook, “Watt’s Cookin’ on the Line,” is available to purchase for $5 at our local offices. 

The cookbook features recipes submitted by Jackson EMC members and debuted in December 1965. The cookbook sold out during the holidays last year and is available to buy this holiday season with its original recipes dating back seven decades.
