- Our offices are open for drive-thru traffic.
- Starting July 15, the electric cooperative will resume disconnecting service for nonpayment of bills. Members who are unable to pay their bill are asked to call Jackson EMC by July 10 to avoid disconnection. For list of Frequently Asked Questions, please click here.
- Jackson EMC is always a 24-hour operation with employees on-site and on-call. Though many employees are working remotely, all employees remain available by phone and email.
- Our employees stand ready to respond to any power outages if necessary.
