Hawaiian Sandwich

Bring brunch to life with this quick and easy favorite.

  • 16 slices bacon
  • 8 slices toasted white bread
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside. Place eight slices of toast on a baking sheet. Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
