Honey Pumpkin Pie

  • 1/2 cup dry milk powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 t. vanilla flavoring

Mix dry ingredients. Add pumpkin, eggs, water, honey, and vanilla flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
