Jackson EMC Bills Delayed in Mail

Due to a delay in USPS shipping times, our members may see a delay in receiving their Jackson EMC bills.

We encourage members to download and view their bills via the MyJacksonEMC app or pay via our automated line at 1-888-228-9166. As always, if you have questions about your bill, you can speak to a member service representative by calling 1-800-462-3691.

Download the MyJacksonEMC mobile app on the App Store or Google Play. You can also access your MyJacksonEMC account on a computer by logging in here.
