Jackson EMC’s Online, Phone Payment Systems to be Unavailable Jan. 1-2
Jackson EMC’s online and phone payment portals - including the MyJacksonEMC website and mobile app - will be unavailable to accept bill payments during planned system maintenance starting on Friday, January 1, at 7 p.m. and ending on Saturday, January 2, at 5 a.m.
Members are advised the website, mobile app and phone-based payment system will be unavailable during the anticipated maintenance window. Members are asked to please plan to make online and phone-based bill payments before or after the maintenance.
Once the maintenance is completed, members will be able to make bill payments via the MyJacksonEMC website, the mobile app, or the phone-based payment system. Auto payments will not be affected.
