Lemon-Pepper Crusted Fish
A seafood lover's delight that's quick and easy to make.
- 1 cup of fresh or dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1teaspoon lemon pepper, ground (additional spices may be added to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 24 ounces white fish fillets (firm), either fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 lemons, juiced
Other fish fillets like catfish may be substituted.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper and salt. Set aside. Dip fish into melted butter and coat both sides with crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake until cooked through yet flaky to the fork, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
