Macaroni and Cheese Complete Dinner

4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
3 cups milk
8 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup diced smoked ham
1 large jalapeño pepper, deseeded and chopped fine
1 lb. elbow noodles, cooked
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Stir in flour. Add milk and stir until smooth. Add 4 cups of cheese; stir. Add ham and jalapeño; stir. Add cooked noodles; stir.
Pour noodle mixture into 9x11-inch baking dish greased with butter. Top with the remaining 4 cups of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
