New Website, Bill Statement Design Coming Soon for Members

Jackson EMC is launching a new website and mobile app – called MyJacksonEMC – which will be available to members on March 4, 2019.

Based on member feedback, the new website and mobile app will give members more flexibility to manage their accounts, including paying their monthly bill, monitoring daily energy use, reporting an outage and more.

Along with the new system, Jackson EMC members will see a revamped bill statement that makes it easier to quickly understand their monthly bill.

A preview of the new system and bill statement are available at MyJacksonEMC.com.

Members who have accounts through Jackson EMC’s current system, eBill, are encouraged to set up new accounts with MyJacksonEMC when it becomes available on March 4. Current eBill accounts will not be transferred to the new system.

Paperless billing preferences will also not be transferred to the new system. When members set up their MyJacksonEMC account, they’ll be asked to select their preference for paperless billing.
