Pizza Appetizers

  • 1 can (7-1/2 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Dried oregano leaves
  • Finely chopped red and green pepper

Separate dough into 10 biscuits on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten each biscuit with the bottom of a glass.

Top biscuits with pizza sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and peppers.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
