Polka Dots

Joyce Malcom, a member in Hull, sent this recipe that's sure to be quick and easy for an afternoon snack.

  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Combine oats, salt, milk and vanilla. Blend in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Press mixture into greased 8-inch-square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
