Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:

3 cans Swanson Chicken Broth (14.5 oz.)

1 package McCormick Country Gravy dry mix

1 cup 2% or whole milk

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 bag Ore-Ida hash browns

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, dry gravy mix, milk and butter. Stir with a whisk for about one minute. Add the bag of hash browns. Cook on stovetop for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Do not bring to boil.
