Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • 1 (14 ounce) can of beef broth
  • 3 lb Boston Butt
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • .5 can of cola

Season Boston Butt with garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add Boston Butt. Cook on high heat for 9 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. Pour off liquid and add meat back to crock pot. Pour bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce and a half can of cola over meat. Continue cooking on high heat for 1 hour with lid off the crock pot. Serve on buns with a side of fries and cole slaw.
