Quick Pizza Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 14 oz. jar of pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup biscuit mix
6 oz. pepperoni, sliced
Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Spoon beef in to 8x8 inch baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese.
Combine biscuit mix with milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Top with pepperoni slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
