Recipe: Easy Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. ketchup
12 slider rolls or package hamburger buns
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
6-9 slices cheese
1/2 tsp. sesam
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add ground beef, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion and ketchup in a large bowl and combine. Flatten ground beef onto a 9x13 inch rimmed pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Drain beef. Cut sliders open and place bottom half into another 9x13 pan. Place cooked beef on top of sliders, followed by cheese and top slider buns. Melt butter with honey. Brush melted honey butter on sliders and add sesame seeds on top, if desired. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with favorite burger condiments.
