Recipe: Orange Bread

1 cup canola oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour, self-rising
2 oranges, peeled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend oil, eggs and oranges in a blender for 2 minutes. In a bowl, combine sugar and flour. Pour the blended mix into a bowl and mix together. Pour mixture in a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
