Spicy Smoked Turkey Sandwich
- .25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp of honey Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- .5 tsp hot sauce
- 8 slices of sourdough bread (lightly toasted)
- 1 pound of sliced smoked turkey breast
- 4 lettuce leaves, washed and chilled
- 4 tomato slices (salt and pepper to test)
- 8 dill sandwich pickles
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon pepper seasoning and hot sauce. Spread mixture on each slice of bread. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato and dill pickle on four bread slices. Top with the other bread slices. Makes four sandwiches.
