Tender Baked Parmesan Chicken
Can there be too many quick, easy for chicken? Try this one for good flavor and nutrition in less than half an hour. It contains only 333 calories per serving, and the cheese provides additional calcium.
- 1 sheet aluminum foil
- No-stick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup light or low fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray; set aside. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese and garlic powder. Coat chicken with mayonnaise mixture, then with bread crumbs. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
